We collect the email address you provide when signing in and information your HOA administrator enters on your behalf, including unit number and display name. We also collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to operate the service.

How we use your information

Your email is used to send sign-in links and service notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide core services, including email delivery through Resend.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your HOA membership is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting your HOA administrator or emailing us using the address below.
